Lauren Michael
I'm an artist at heart. I recharge my soul at the beach. I breathe deep in the mountains, and my heart is warmed in the desert. Creation is in my veins. I see art EVERYWHERE, and I LOVE love. I care deeply about elopements and intimate weddings because everyone deserves to have a safe, calm and intimate space to say "I do" to their partner. Consider me your guide to the best damn day of your life.
I believe that love is love, and that ALL are welcome in my home + in this space.
I am a mother of 2 crazy silly kids, and I have a wonderful man by my side that tolerates my incessant movie quoting. I live for tacos, true crime podcasts and drag queens.
My main goal is for you to look back on these photos and say, "wow, look at us. That's our love right there." and on the day to get you to loosen up, have some big big laughs (I'm a blasty blast), and walk away knowing that you experienced laughter and joy.

Amazing question! The new definition of eloping is basically a small destination wedding to include an adventure and/or potentially a small number of friends + family included. Couples elope for various different reasons. They can be a couple that just doesn't want that family drama, or they don't want to spend the entire time appeasing others and greeting long lost cousins or the pressure of getting all those important photos squeezed in before the reception. Also, while we are in a pandemic, eloping is the way to go.
Elopement couples want a carefree day that centers completely around them. It's a day filled with love and joy where we get to capture how madly in love you are with each other. There is zero pressure during an elopement. We stay chill, share stories and laugh together. I capture you and your partner as your most authentic selves. AND If you would like a simple vow exchange, I am also ordained!
We can hike together, picnic at the beach together, take in the desert or the mountains together. Southern California has all the best elopement spots. Should you and your babe want to elope somewhere else in the United States, I travel too!
